You should...because you are.

 

 

 Too many times you've heard someone say to you

 

 

 "I don't know how you do it"

 

"You're the strongest person I know"

 

"You are so inspiring"

 

You make me want to be better"

 

"You are my HERO"

 

"I love you and everything you are"

 

"I see the god in you".

 

Depending on what's going on in your life, you may be quick to dismiss statements like these and I humbly say to you...Don't blow these things off and go back into being self loathing saying things to yourself like "They don't know the half, if only they knew"...instead adjust your thinking and accept that others can often see wonderful things in us that we can't always readily see ourselves.

 

 It's just like anything else, just because we don't see something or have yet to discover it for ourselves doesn't mean that it doesn't exist. It could simply mean the obvious...we just haven't seen it yet.

 

I encourage you to take time out of your day, everyday, to speak words of kindness to yourself. Trust me...it feels so good. Say things like

 

"I LOVE YOU"

&

"I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU"

& 

"I WILL DO MY VERY BEST TO PROTECT YOU"

 

and see if your day doesn't improve vastly. Say it until you mean it with all your heart and soul and work toward it being the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
