MEET AUTHOR B. A. PINKNEY!!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure to meet Author B. A. Pinkney on Sunday, April 26, 2015. I was shopping for things for HFS and as I walked up and down the aisle, I saw a woman who appeared to be deep in thought. A few moments passed before I approached her to ask her this question "Do you support the theater?" She said "I love the theater". She then went on to say "I'm an author." Well needless to say I was excited to be speaking to a fellow artist and didn't waste a second inviting her to come out to see Happiness For Survival.

As we talked, what can I say, we just clicked. She was energetic, warm, sincere and gracious. We understood each others journey. We spoke the same language...that ARTIST language! It was refreshing. Who would've thought that I would meet someone so like minded and so passionate about their art, so organically? Ms. Pinkney called our meeting the way we did, Divine Intervention.

The fragility of the human mind is revealed when given an abundance of negative input.

One might have concluded that being fortunate enough to have been born into a stable, loving and caring family that a child would have escaped the harsh and downward plunge taken by NA NA. But the emotional wounds inflicted on her young mind stayed with her throughout her young life.

Readers will be brought into the mental conclusions carried on in her mind.

Just as an artist uses a paint brush to complete a picture on a canvas, the negative words stroked into a developing mind one at a time completed the portrait of her life.
